One method is to buy Exp. Bonn Sweets at Jubilife Village. While it can be quite expensive, it’s possible if you farm valuable items from space-time warps (more on that here) and sell them for Pokedollars. It’s only good for upgrading Pokemon one at a time, so be warned. You can also venture into Massive Outbreaks, which are phenomena where multiple Pokémon of the same species will appear together.
