King’s Bounty II: Ideals and decisions guide — Order, Anarchy, Power, and Finesse
cre: King’s Bounty II: Ideals and decisions guide — Order, Anarchy, Power, and Finesse
King II bonus uses a system of ideals or alignment. For some quests, you will be offered options to proceed. In turn, you will get points towards this ideal and you will be a little closer to unlocking new talents. However, there are also a few caveats, such as thresholds that prevent you from choosing the outcome from the opposite point of view. here is our King II bonus ideals and alignment guide to help you with important decisions related to order, lawlessness, power and finesse.
To note: For more information, see our King II bonus guides and features hub. We also have a beginner’s guide to familiarize you with the basic mechanics and combat system. Finally, remember that this guide contains minor spoilers.
King II bonus Ideals and Alignment Guide – Decisions on Order, Anarchy, Power and Finesse
The alignment system King II bonus has two sets of diametrically opposed ideals: Order vs. Anarchy and Power vs. Finesse. You’re always faced with these kinds of dilemmas, and they can’t be traded (i.e. you won’t see an Order vs. Finesse choice).
Still, as mentioned in our official review, things can get a little confusing. For example, your chosen hero will not be able to choose an option at the start of the campaign because he starts with diametrically opposed advantages (i.e. Katharine already has +3 Subtlety, so she will not be able to attack New Tyrene golems because it’s a Power option). But, there are times when you can get points for an opposite ideal based on the quest.
Anyway, I split this up King II bonus ideals and alignment guide in two sections. I list quest decisions in chronological order based on when I encountered them in my game. You can check the pages below for the parts you need help with:
- Order vs. Anarchy decisions
- Power vs. Finesse decisions
To note: I also suggest taking a look at our King II bonus guide to puzzle solutions. Finesse decisions will often lead to puzzles for you to solve. Most are fairly easy, but a few can be downright tricky.
